I love the variety of workouts available, so i can choose the type, level or length to suit me at that moment. I may only have 10 minutes before the kids need something! Which is why having an online community and workouts available all the time is brilliant!
Eve and Sophie have both worked so hard to put together this online exercise group. I am extremely grateful to them both and have really enjoyed doing the workouts. There is lots of variety and they are all adapted so that everyone has something they can do. In some ways it's far more convenient for me not having to rely on someone to take me to the classes and i can do the exercises in my own time and whichever workout I fancy that day. I would recommend this group to everyone and it's so worth the money.
